Unsure how to pack your goods before sending them ? Here's a quick guide to get you started.
Please pack your valuables according to the guide below to maintain the condition of your items throughout the delivery process.
All parcels must have external packaging that covers 100% of exposed area (e.g. carton box, polymailer). For Ninja Packs, the goods must strictly fit in the polymailer. Misuse of Ninja Packs (i.e. taping a Ninja Pack on a large carton box) will result in penalties and/or Return to Sender.
All fragile items must be labelled with a fragile sticker as well as prepacked in an extra protective layer (i.e. solid carton box).
Each Ninja Packs must have a unique tracking label. If, for any reason, you are required to print a new tracking label, please make sure to paste it on top of the original one.
Package should be packed tightly and snugly. If not, please fill up the empty spaces in-between (with paper, packing foam, etc.)
All packaging must be tight and snug. If not, please fill with filling materials. (e.g. styrofoam ball)
Ensure all pieces of clothing are neatly folded and packed to minimise crumpling or wrinkling during the delivery process.
Ensure that all electronic devices are powered off, and batteries should be removed from devices if possible.
Place irregulary sized items in a large box. Package should be packed tightly and snugly. If not, please fill up the empty spaces in -between (i.e. with paper, packing foam, etc.). Does not apply to Ninja Packs as good must fit in the polymailer.
Parcels should be able to withstand normal impact of transport handdling. For parcels with sensitive exteriors (e.g. gift boxes),ensure they are shrink or bubble-wrapped and packed in a cardboard box.
Ensure that you exterior or packaging does not have any old addresses or tracking labels.
Please note that delivery with Ninja Packs and other Ninja Van delivery services is only available if your parcel(s) strictly follow our Prohibited Items. Additionally, Ninja Van will only be able to deliver within designated serviceable areas.
For more information related to purchasing Ninja Packs on this website (payment, delivery, exchange policies, etc.), kindly refer to our Terms of service. As per our Ninja Packs Terms and Conditions, Ninja Van’s liability for any loss or damage to delivery items using Ninja Packs shall be limited to the amount of the item or maximum of Php 2000 whichever is lower and inclusive of the cost of the polymailer. Claims are to be submitted to Ninja Van within 30 days of order creation, or 1 week from successful delivery order. Any claims received after this period will not be recognized.
